Our Birth
Late 2007, we realized the potential for us, as software product designers & engineers, to enter the healthcare industry and solve one among many challenges that the industry faced. In this process our flagship software solution was born – VitalDx, a lab information management system
Leading the Way
We were already pioneering cloud software for laboratories. Labs very quickly realized the value of our software available on the cloud to easily integrate practices and external pathologists right into their LIS with no extra investments
2009
Efficient Revenue Services
Riding on the success of our cloud LIS, our customers were soon asking us to provide knowledge services to compliment our software solutions. Our expertise in setting up high quality teams, with robust processes & practices, helped in setting up our revenue collection services for our LIS customers – VitalCollect
Redefining Interfaces
Not only was the software available over the internet, software and system interfaces, an integral part of the healthcare ecosystem, also moved to a hub-spoke model. Our VitalHub software & services was redefined and deployed on the cloud such that interfaces with external software and systems were driven through one centralized integration hub. This allowed for minimal investments into integration hardware and yet provided a centralized monitoring and alerting mechanism for mission critical data flow

Three years later
Our customer base grew with new & existing commercial, hospital and physician-owned labs deriving significant value from our solutions. Our success stories with labs made us industry experts and we were soon consulting for new lab setups. The birth of yet another service, VitalAdvise took shape
VitalOffice
Our understanding of the challenges faced by practices and physicians in software and IT grew over time and paved the way for providing physician solutions. We launched a physician solution to place electronic requisitions & orders – VitalOffice. With the ability to print bar-coded specimen labels & requisitions and real-time status of orders, the product became an integral part of our solutions

Chain of Custody
Our endurance to solve major problems using technology lead us to specimen security and chain of custody. We launched VitalTrack, a smartphone based chain of custody solution for orders, TC/PC slides and material movement
VitalOffice HD
With the proliferation of mobile technology in the hands of physicians, we developed a tablet based solution of the existing ordering platform. The usability provided touch-based interface for selecting body sites, looking-up patients, filling clinical information and placing Orders – in came VitalOffice HD

Secure Elastic Computing
Our cloud servers are deployed in multiple geographies on virtualized infrastructure, allowing us to scale on demand and manage disaster recovery scenarios. As much as our deployments are highly available, they are also on HIPAA compliant, SSAE 16 premium SaaS infrastructure
Birth of VitalMD
After many months of investment and hard-work, we pilot our next big software in the area of patient care. Our solution for physicians to maintain patient encounters and medical records was launched in private Beta. Touch usability and extreme customization and configurability is the key, apart from working on ecosystem that leverages our other products make it a compelling story for sub-specialty physicians.
